(This of course begs the question: Are most men going down on most women on Valentine’s Day? Pshaw.) Recently, the question was asked in light of so-called Steak and a BJ Day, a joke holiday that’s meant to be the dude’s Valentine’s: to make up for giving her flowers and candy on February 14th, women are supposed to cook their men a steak and go down on them as a payback. Every so often, the question circulates: Is it okay to eat semen if you’re vegetarian or vegan? After all, it’s the protein of a mammal, and vegans and vegetarians refrain from other versions of this, like eggs and milk.
